2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 252 platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 252 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. 3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 252 platform are responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or activities that are harmful to others.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 252 platform:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit the gaming system or any promotions.
Sharing your account or allowing a third party to access it.
Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
Disrupting or damaging platform operations through any technical means.

4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 252 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other supported payment methods which may be updated from time to time. The list of available payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the selected payment method and the user's account status. 252 reserves the right to set daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits. All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except at 252's sole discretion in specific circumstances.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the user's own name. 252 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method, and are typically completed within one to three business days once verification is complete. Any withdrawal requested while an account investigation is ongoing may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

5. Liability Limits, Account Policies, and Intellectual Property

Liability Limit: The 252 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 252 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, technical disruptions, or system errors. 252's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Account Suspension and Closure: 252 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting customer support. Any valid balance in an account closed at the user's request will be refunded, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable rollover requirements.

Intellectual Property: All content on the 252 platform, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of 252 or third parties that have licensed it to 252. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 252.

Third-Party Links: The 252 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 252 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

252 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the 252 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
